1. Preamble
RESID&CO is a company governed by French law, with its office at – 16 rue Portalis - 75008 PARIS (France) and is registered at the Chamber of Commerce of Paris under the number of 521 431 072. The use of the websites and the purchase of travel services such as package holidays or accommodation offered by RESID&CO imply full acceptance by the client of the Sales Conditions and entire approval of all the regulations. Some services can be subject to special terms and conditions. Customers are advised to read these particular conditions
2. Price and availability
Published prices are valid on the selected date and based on maximum occupancy. Availability is published in limited quantities ; accommodation may not be available due to the technicals problems. In case of unavailability of the accommodation the customer will be contacted by RESID&CO as soon as possible. RESID&CO will refund the amount paid by the customer.
Online rates are published for information, they can be subject to error or omission. In case of error or omission, the customer can, after having been informed:
- either cancel the booking. Only the amount paid to RESID&CO will be refunded, excluding any other compensation;
- or accept the modification of the stay. The client accepts the changes and the price increase due to these modifications. The customer renounces to all claims due to these modifications.
3. Booking
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount confirms booking conditions and the balance is due 30 days before arrival date. If the balance is not paid, the reservation may be canceled and the customer cannot get back the amounts originally paid. Any booking modification (dates, number of person, localisation, accommodation category) will incur extra charge of 50 €. However, no modification is accepted during the period generating cancellation fees.
Any bookings made within 30 days prior to arrival must be fully paid by credit card.
A reservation can be hold on option for 5 days maximum, required time to send a check or holiday vouchers checks for the payment of deposit. Beyond 5 days, the option will be automatically canceled and the customer will not be entitled to any claim.
4. Booking confirmation
According to the article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumption Law, the retractation right does not apply.
Once the booking is confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming the booking that must be kept carefully: it contains all the information of the stay.
The voucher must be submitted in a paper copy at the reception of the residence the day of arrival, to the ski lifts for ski passes and to the ski shop for equipment. No service will be provided to the customer by the staff on site if the voucher is presented in another format such as a smartphone. RESID&CO assumes no responsibility for failure handling the travel documents by the customer.
5. Payment conditions
When confirming the reservation, the customer must mention the credit card number and its validity date. Accepted credit cards: VISA card, Mastercard card, and American Express.
The customer authorizes RESID&CO to use his credit card for the payement of the deposit and the remaining balance. Whatever the cause, the customer shall not oppose to confirmed booking transaction.
RESID&CO does not keep any credit card number. No automatic debit is made.
The customer has also the possibility to pay by bank transfer or check and/or "chèque vacances" ANCV (holiday check) which must be payable to RESID&CO. Checks must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to RESID&CO -16 rue Portalis - 75008 PARIS - France. The balance will be collected 30 days before the beginning of the stay.

6. Cancellation
Booking fees and booking modification fees are non refundable,
Booking fees are based on net prices
- 30 € if you cancel 30 days before your stay.
- 25% between 29 days and 22 days before your stay.
- 50% between 21 days and 14 days before your stay.
- 75% between 13 days et 6 days before your stay.
- 100% if you cancel the stay 5 days before your stay or in case of no show.
Any cancellation must be sent in writing to RESID&CO, the date of receipt determines the date of the cancellation request.
7. Rental and Occupancy Conditions
Before the checkout inventory is proceeded, the occupants must put back furnitures and objects at their place. The customer agrees to leave the accommodation perfectly clean, either by cleaning it himself, or by paying a cleaning service.
The occupants will abstain in an absolute way to throw in the sinks, tubs, toilets, etc... any objects which could block the system of pipes, otherwise they will heve to pay the extra charge. The deposit, given at arrival, is sent back after deduction of costs due to damages, insufficient cleaning or the late key delivery.
The occupants must strictly comply with the rules of the establishment. In case of obvious problems caused to other customer, RESID&CO reserves the right to claim for indemnity.
If the guest does not arrive at the reception during opening hours, the costs of overnight stays in another establishment will be at its sole expense without being able to claim any refund.
The occupants will not claim any rent deduction or any indemnity in the case of an urgent and unexpected repair, which has to be done by the owner, during the stay. The occupants can not claim any refund based on a pro-rata of the week in case of an anticipated departure during the stay, whatever the reason (except if the customer has subscribed an insurance). The occupants will behave properly in the appartment and will give all their consideration to the quietness and need of rest of other residents. RESID&CO cannot be responsible of any noise from the neighborhood, robery or damages. The customer will have to contact himself the local authorities. Under risk of cancellation, the occupants are not allowed to put up to other persons or to assign their rights of the present contract to whoever without the special consent of the establishment manager.
Touristic regions are still developping. RESID&CO cannot be informed systematically, or be responsible of all construction works or events in the resort during the season, either by individuals or by public or local authorities. Nevertheless, as much as SKI PLANET is informed of important works or events in the establishment or in the resort, the tenant will be informed. The opening and closure of the establishment may not always coincide with the opening and closure of the resort.
The residences are equiped for tourist stays. Published pictures are an illustration of the accommodation but are not contractual. The selected lodging can be slightly different from the pictures. It is the same for apartment description (surface, structure,...) which are organised by type of lodging, that is to say, for two lodging of same category, a few differences could appear which are not substantial. RESID&CO does it utmost to provide the most accurate descriptions of all the proposed locations. All descriptions, pictures, illustrations and photographs published by RESID&CO and its websites are provided by accommodation partners who allow full exploitation. RESID&CO will therefore be no liable for any claim of copyright and can not be prosecuted.
Lodgings' description specifies the maximum number of beds available in each appartment. The customer must respect the maximum capacity and will be the unique responsible of any complaint occured on site if the maximum capacity is not respected.

During low season, services proposed on the web site may decrease. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and restaurant are generally opened, but with limited hours and menu choice. In case of bad weather, specific cleaning, maintenance, lack of clients or any other reasons, independent of RESID&CO, those services could be unavailable.
In case of exceptional unavailability of the accommodation, a refund will be made. RESID&CO is not responsible and the client is not entitled to any claim.
8. Deposit
Deposits may be requested on site for accommodation. The customer will contract directly with concerned providers and shall be the only responsible for the proper use of goods and services that are provided under this guarantee.
9. Late arrival
When the customer does not present himself or in case of a delayed arrival, neither RESID&CO, nor the person in charge of the residence are not responsible and will not refund the potential costs of any hotel stays. If the tenant cannot arrive at the mentioned hour, he must contact the residence and organize a new schedule of arrival. The same conditions apply for an anticipated departure.
10. Complaint
Within 24 hours after taking possession of the apartment, the occupants will have to inform the reception or RESID&CO of any problem observed. During the stay, the possible complaints must be formulated to the reception manager in order to avoid any inconveniences during vacations. After the stay, the customer can send a written complaint in French, in English or in Spanish only (by registered mail with return receipt) within a maximum of 15 days. No claim shall be dealt with beyond this period. Any claim not reported to the staff on site shall not be considered and will be takend into account for any compensation. RESID&CO is not the owner of the properties. The accommodation and services detailed on the website and provided to customer are in conformity with information previously provided by residence managers: in case of changes during season, Ski Planet therefore cannot be held as responsible.
11. Special request
If the tenant has a special wish or request (apartment located in ground floor for example), RESID&CO will communicate it to the establishment at the time of booking: wishes are taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed, "If possible but not guaranteed".
Some facilities are equipped to accommodate disabled persons. A request should be addressed to RESID&CO for agreement with the establishment. It is very important to mention disability at the time of booking. Without this information, RESID&CO is not responsible for the lack of information and no claim will be considered after the customer's stay if the facilities are not adapted to the needs.
12. Promotions
The customer cannot benefit from a promotional offer which could appear after his reservation, except for an additional lodging. Indeed, promotional offers are not retroactive. Special offers on consecutive weeks are not cumulative with other promotions.
13. Guarantee of confidentiality
In accordance with the Data protection law from January 6th,1978 (Article 27), the customer has the right to access, to correct and to remove his personal information from the setting of data layout. Personal information that the customer entrusts RESID&CO while making a reservation (details, address, e-mail.) is exclusively used in order to provide him the requested service and the management of his file. RESID&CO guaranties the upmost confidentiality and will not disclose or sell to third parties any information concerning the customer.
